dear there ,
i have 270 pro machine ,when i select a tool i find it is not stopping in the same position every time
if i select tool 1 ,i find it shifting from the tool home position
this shift is accumulated every time i select the tool
this makes the tool can not reach the surface of the billet
any one can help ?

It may be worth checking the motor coupling. You should be able to remove the four cap head screws & pull the motor out. Depending on the age it will either have a Oldham Coupling or a split pin.

i checked the motor coupling , it is no problem
i checked the 2 limit switches on the other side from the turret
i seems the problem is the round cam activating the limit switches
the cam is contentiously pressing on the zero point limit switch , i will reduce the diameter of the cam and check again the result

The 2 microswitches are mounted on a plate that is movable. It`s fastened on with 3 cap head screws.

i did the same , and now machine is running Ok
i found a new problem where the machine is not executing the thread
i don't know why ?
