Triac PC Stepper Specs?

Hi,

I'm toying with converting my Triac PC to a MACH 3 system and would like to take the opportunity to improve performance as well.

Can anybody tell me the specs of the existing steppers please?..... the X axis is easy to see but the other 2 are a little buried!.... after peering in the top inspection plate it looks very different from the X axis motor.

I need to know the frame size and electrical specs, to see if an upgrade is possible and prices acceptable.

Alternatively if anyone has done this before what are the largest steppers you managed to squeeze in?.... also like to hear from anyone who has gone as far as using encoder feedback.
