my triac is connected to an RCD, I turn the triac on and everything is fine, I can move all axis around and its all good, start the spindle and then aboutg 5 second later the RCD trips.
checked with a multi meter and doesn't seem to be any connection between motor and ground.
Ive had many issues with my sem motor, so I sent it away for repair to a proper repair place. ive only had it back a month, been using it fine until yesterday when this started happening.
anyone offer any thoughts?
checked 17 and and 19 to ground on the spring drive card and no reading
checked 18 and 19 on the SRR and no reading

How fast is the spindle running when it trips? You may need to check it with a tacho or wlse measure the tacho feedback on to the drive. 9 volts DC per 1000RPM

try using a plain socket, that one may be a bit sensitive. If you trip the main rcd then look for a type c or d.
