Here's the only other document on the Pratt-Burnerd chuck that I've been able to locate - I got this from P-B and it's the only document that they have.

This is the installation, operation, and maintenance manual for their Mk3 self-contained power chuck, which was fitted to later Denford lathes. Earlier ones seem to have the Mk2 chuck but the technical folks at P-B told me that there is not much difference between them.

One final comment - type BK16 jaws (from jaw manufacturers such as Thame Engineering) fit this type of power chuck. I can post the dimensions etc if anybody wants them (let me know). They would not be hard to make on a mill if you cant locate any, or if you want a particular type of jaw end for that oddball job.
