Starmill ATC Component workings info sought

Hello All,

I cuurently have own a Starmill (without ATC) and was wondering how the ATC worked specificaly the drawbar component.

I can see from some of the pictures it uses a turret to to pressent tools but am not sure how the tool locking mechanism functioned.

If someone could explain or even better supply pictures / design drawings it would be very much appreciated.

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

I could only find Novamill head drawings, but I'm hoping there won't be much difference between the Starmill and Novamill - these might give you some idea of the difference between manual and automatic versions:
