Lead screw pitch and pulley ratios

Post by lsteele » Mon 28 Jul , 2014 7:36 am

Hi,

I'm sure this information is out there somewhere, but I can't find it, and I'm trying to avoid taking my lathe apart to count timing pulley teeth, so... Can anyone tell me what the pitch of the two lead screws is, and what the ratios are on the standard pulleys (for both axes)?

Thanks!

Hi Luke,

Z is 5mm Pitch, and on my machine pulley ratio is 1:1.75
X is 2.5mm Pitch with 1:1.25 ratio

couldn't tell you if standard though
