I've started the retrofit of the ORAC - I've decided to keep the stepper drive power supply, and was wondering if the rack mounted +-12v/5v power supply could be used driving a C11G breakout board. I have not seen any schematics or drawing for the supply so my questions is, are there any specs for it? and are the 12 and 5 v outputs isolated form each other?? Yet another one for Mr Magoo??

Sorry but can't be much help here!

I can picture the PSU you are talking about but can't remember much more. I would have thought the 5 and 12 v lines shared a common 0v which is taken down to ground, so not an isolated supply.
