fanuc 21i mb alarm didital parameter

hi all mates, I need help regarding Fanuc 21i-MB control when I turning on the machine getting alarmed digital parameter, so I need servo digital parameter like 2020-motor id,2022-rotation,2023-no. of velocity pulse,2024-no. of position pulse.2000-00000000,2001-00000000. these all parameters I set.i want know is there any other parameters for clear digital parameter from my machine???
PLEASE HELP?????

problem solved but now stuck on x and z axis are not moving in handle or jog mode but machine is in ready state. any in ladder logic is getting high if move button press.
any idea what is missing??

Have you set the timers, counters & keep relays?
If you can supply the machine serial number we should be able to find the original inspection sheet with the requiered values on as it left the factory.
