Compact Ventilation

One of my customers uses his router in a middle school. They machine 40-50 cars every quarter. The machine is running full time. He was having trouble with keeping the machine clean. The small vacuam attachment just wasn't doing the job. The machine filling up with wood chips and cause problems with the microswitches.

He went to his local plastics supplier and purchased a piece of LEXAN and made a adapter to attach his shop dust collection system to the router. He said it works like a charm. He no longer has that constant build up in the router cabinent. See the attached photos ...

Hi - do you want to email us the pictures again ?

They haven't uploaded to the server for some reason - I think it must be a network / firewall issue at your end :?

Its nice to see that he fitted the earth strap - you won't believe how much static builds up from a vacuum hose.
Its a small detail, but an important one ...
Apart from zapping the electronics, computers (and sometime your hands) - static discharge can also cause fires and explosions
