spindle set up

Hi i have just converted my 2001 microrouter to mach3 i have all the axis working and the homeing switches working and the estop working. I can't seem to get the spindle going, I have 0-10v coming out of the bob and going to the sprint 800, The sprint 800 is powered up with the red light on, i need to activate it some how does anyone know how ?.
