Newbie : Which router bits to buy

Post by ScottC » Fri 25 Nov , 2011 20:10 pm

Hi

I have just bought a second hand Microrouter for general hobby use.

Can anyone recommend a good selection of router bits I should buy to get me going. Also a good supplier.

I want to do engraving/cutting of wood and MDF and maybe have a go at putting some photos onto perspex.

There is such a selection available, unfortunately I cannot afford to buy one of each !

Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

Also a good supplier
Denford can supply tools ideal for photo engraving but may be more than you'd want to pay.
There are plenty of suppliers on the 'net selling cheaper stuff but I've no idea of the quality, eg: ArcEuroTrade
