Microturn Spindle Won't Turn On

Customer Issue:
The spindle will not turn on. When the spindle forward button is pressed on the computer, the lathe makes a clicking sound but the spindle does not actually turn on.
Resolution:
On the Power Distribution Card (lower left corner of machine), check/replace the fuse (6.3 amp) in FS1 (low center of the card, fuse holder on the left).

Check the brown and blue wires in the 6-pin connector on the upper left side of the card also, good connection not loose. These wires go up to the Spindle Drive Card (upper right), check for tight connection and the red & black wires on this card go out to the Spindle Motor, check these also. The light gauge red & blue wires are for the speed control part of the card.
