Software Interfacing Problem

Hello,

I'm working as a CAD/CAM/CNC instructor in an engineering university namely Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (Formerly Dawood College of Engineering & Technology) situated in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. We had purchased three (3) Denford CNC Machines in 2006 namely MICROMILL, MICROROUTER COMPACT and MICROTURN.

After installing the software VR Milling and providing the license key (SecKey.tff), the software installs successfully. But, when we connect the machine via software it will give some software interfacing caution with the hardware (i.e. MICROMILL & MICROROUTER COMPACT). Please refer to the screenshots attached.

Kindly help me as we are an educational institution and providing CAD/CAM/CNC training to the engineering students.

Thank you in advance. Waiting for an early response.

Regards,
Engr. Nabeel Ahmed Siddiqui

It looks as though the control cards have been swapped over at some point.

If you connect to the machine using EasyUpgrader, http://www.denfordata.com/downloads/eas ... 1-9-cd.zip then right mouse click on the banner (password is "dave") you can change it from the drop down list to suit.

Thanks for your reply. It works. Kindly tell me where is the SecKey.tff file is present in the software CDs. I've two software CDs namely VR Turning and VR Milling. How would I locate SecKey.tff file in these CDs. Please reply. Thanks once again.
