Micromill 2000 and Espirit 2008 / Fanucom post

We can save to an stl file in Solid Edge. Our part is opened in Esprit 2008 and saved as an .esp file. Tooling and operations are set up and then we use the Fanucom post to produce the nc code. But the code is not running the part correctly. We have been running the machine the same way for a few years now but are having problems once the code is generated.
Please Help!
