Easiturn 3 lathe motor speed and pulley size?

Post by plan_b_racing » Mon 04 Jul , 2016 14:16 pm

Hi,
I recently purchased an Easiturn 3 lathe which is missing its 3 phase motor. Not sure why it was taken off but need to get a replacement.

I was hoping someone could help me with the following;

1.What is the speed that the motor is rated at? I know it is 240v 3ph, but unsure of the speed? Would a 2800 rpm motor be ok?

2.Could someone tell me what pulley size I need for the motor? The pulley on the spindle is 100mm diameter if that helps?

Any help would be appreciated?
Thanks, Oliver
