Denford Easiturn Parameters

Post by alanm157 » Mon 09 May , 2016 16:36 pm

Hi there,

We recently moved our Denford Easiturn to another site and havent managed to install it since.
The menu has reverted to spanish and when you pick any of the options the power goes off.
Could anyone help us get the parameters as we don't seem to have a copy of them.
Machines details are:- Denford Easiturn
Serial No. ET06029A

Thanks
Alan

Hi Alan,

What control & model is fitted? I presume it's a Heidenhein.

Hi Martin, do you know how to go about entering the parameters?
All we have is the "modos operacion" menu with nine options.
Also is there an internal power supply/memory that needs replaced?
the machine was disconnected for 5 months

Thanks
Alan

Hi Alan,

I have attached some Fagor manuals which may help.

I can't remember how they were but hopefully the manuals will help you.

Hi Martin,
We have managed to input the 5 parameters MP 21,22,23,61,and 63 from the parameter list.
However the engineer says we need to enter 148 parameters as the default ones that appear dont work.
error codes 108,194,099 and 110 appear when trying to run on current parameters.
thanks
alan
