Cyclone Error "401: Servo Alarm (VRDY OFF)"

Greetings
We have an old Cyclone (1989) with a GE Fanuc OT controller, when starting we receive the following error message "401: Servo Alarm (VRDY OFF)" can anyone shed some light on this problem and how to solve it.
