Could be the PC running out of memory. Try making a win98 boot disk (or ideally an MS-DOS boot disk). Booting from a disk formatted on Windows XP could mean that the operating system takes up too much of the 640k base memory and so there is non left for the TU150 app. A bootable disk made on a Win98 machine takes up less space.

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

I'd also check for paramters or settings that are invalid.

I also found this on the net:
The error is frequently generated by programs
written in BP7 if they are executed on computers with clock speeds of approx >233MHz. There are numerous patches available on the web for fixing this. P.S. I very much doubt that this is a "memory conflict"!
We have had DOS programs in the past causing similar errors purely due to the fact that the PC was too fast - try running a CPU killer application if its because the PC has been changed to something faster
