Cyclone Tailstock

Post by Emimec » Mon 06 Dec , 2010 18:10 pm

I am on the lookout for a cyclone tailstock if anyone has one thats for sale, which I doubt.

I need to know where it actually fits on the machine? I have the drawing thats included in the parts list on this site, alas it has no dimensions, but thats not the end of the world if I can understand its fixing and operation, then attempt to make one !!

Hi Bob

It is a pretty big casting that mounts to the 3 machined faces along the front of the main casting and also sits on top of them.

Here is a link to photos of a Harrison (Cyclone under another name  )machine that was up for sale a while ago with a tailstock fitted.

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.
