Harrison TU150P alarms

Post by Ojones » Thu 15 Dec , 2022 14:23 pm

The machine was working fine until moved to a different position in the workshop. Now on startup we get the alarms shown in the following alarms
1007 TURRET O/HEAT
1017 SPDL. DRIVE O/H
1021 X MOTOR O/HEAT
I've reloaded all the parameters and diagnostics, but dont even get the TS Harrison text on start up anymore, or the sound that the machine is booting up.
Any suggestions of what to look at first?

What is the serial number of the lathe?

It may be worth checking that all the mains power is present. I presume it is 3 phase but it may also need a neutral.

Does it have any pneumatics fitted? Check Diagnostic 451 bit 7 is set to 0 if not.

Did you set Diagnostic 453 bit 0 to 1? (It changes back to 0).

I've made a bit of progress with this in that i have identified and replaced the I/O board and power supply. I've wiped all memory and parameters and re entered everything i have manually. Now i get the following error
"1020 OPTIONS?"
I used to get "TSHARRISON 800 GROUP" on start up, but now its just "0602-06"
Anyone think of anything i could try or might be missing?

Thanks
