Lost zero parameters on Fanuc OT-B

Post by malutki69 » Sun 03 Mar , 2019 21:42 pm

Hello
Hi all, We are in the desperate need of help. We bought a Denford Cyclone on Fanuc OT-B a while ago, machine was in storage for 5 months . We finally plugged it in and the surprise. Looked like machine lost its zero parameters.
Is there any way to restore previous zero parameters. Regards

What is the serial number of the machine? We may still have a copy.

I can only find the original Fanuc Data Sheet & the electrical record sheet for this one.

You will need to input the 900 parameters then the standard parameters as in the link below,

You will also need to set up the 450 diagnostics to suit the machine.

You need to power up the control whilst holding down the "P" & "CAN" button

Hello Martin
I did as you recommended. The Z axis has returned to the home position, but the X axis did not stop on home switch.......and hit the switch limit.
I checked the switch works ok.

If you press & hold the axis limit override switch in you should be able jog the axis away from the limit switch.

It may have been too close or past the datum switch when you homed it so you could try again with the axis away from the switch.
