Compact 1000, MRC 40 Z Axis Nut

We have had a couple of instances where the Z axis ballscrew nut has become loose. The procedure to refit is,

1.Remove the motor plate (picture 1). It should lift off once the screws are loose. (picture 2).
2. Remove the 4 screws holding the block & drop the slide way down (picture 3). This should allow you to locate the 3 screws that have dropped out.(picture 4) At this point you need to leave them slightly loose to allow the block to move.
3. Assemble in reverse order & lift the Z axis to the top of its travel then tighten the 3 screws.
