Compact 1000 axes not moving but axis movement counters are

My Compact 1000 axes are not moving but axis movement counters are.

Take the side panel off the compact, locate the printed circuit board with RED LED's, fuses and relays. Locate the relay with 3 contacts on it (Usually long and rectangular) Manufacturer SCHRACK. Press the Emergency Stop button and note whether a 3 contact change state, if they don't, check that the RED 1mm cables to the back of the Emergency Stop Button are connected correctly and that they are properly located into the bottom 2 terminals on the 6 pin socket on the bottom Right Hand side of the printed circuit board with RED LED's, fuses and relays.
