Denford Software & Machines

My new Denford PCB Engraver arrived here in Pennsylvania and I am starting to get familiar with it. I loaded the software, hooked up my air/vacuum system and have the unit operating- actually only partially operating. I am sure I am making a beginners mistake with the software and am looking for advice. After loading a file from the internet for testing purposes, the machine starts to run and attempt to engrave the board. The problem is the rotary tool never goes down to the PC board. It goes back and forth, but never lowers more than a centimeter. I assume I have something set incorrectly in the software, or never performed some sort of set-up procedure. I am grateful for any help or advice to help me speed up the learning curve on this machine.

Figured it out. It really helps when I read the entire manual and not just skim through it. It appears to be working well so far. Very nice machine!
