Q.RPC SERVER ALARM kept appearing (this means that the BALDOR 5000 software has crashed)

RPC = Remote Procedure Call

A.Down load Latest software version and use easy upgrader from www.denford.co.uk
or here http://www.denfordata.com/downloads/eas ... 1-9-cd.zip

"RPC Server Unavailable" error message is similar to a "Transmit Buffer Full" error message, in that, the communications has been lost betweeen the PC and the Machine. If it occurs when the program has been running OK for a while, it could be that if you have a Vacuum cleaner extracting the dust, that the static charge generated from the movement of air and dust in the vacuum cleaner pipe causes a STATIC DISCHARGE and interupts communications
