VR Milling v5.41 released 23rd Feb 2011

Post by Denford Admin » Wed 23 Feb , 2011 14:49 pm

Check here to download the latest version of all software:
http://www.website.denford.ltd.uk/suppo ... -downloads

Updates since last version:
V5.39 - Some updates to make sure you can't request another toolchange from the tool offset editor whilst one is already in progress.
V5.39 - update to DXF cam to large arcs being converted with invalid end points. also added ability to turn off linetoarc conversion on the post screen.
V5.39 - Mods to allow ATC to be fitted+removed (live) to Router 2600, 2600 Pro, 6600 and 6600 Pro:
// Input 23 will force the Router 6600/2600 and Router 6600/2600 Pro into doing the ATC sequence and turn on M24 and M25.
// Input 21 will disable CE estop checks on 5414 firmware
// Easyupgrader factory will now let you force a Green LED Nextmove up to 5414 firmware, so that it uses Bigmint3/4 and not .52xx.mnt
// Any none CE 2600's with orange LED top boards should be updated to 5414 and the disable CE link can be fitted - this is so it's not using 55xx.mnt
// Tools/offsets now use a different set if Toolrack parameter is ticked (which is also forced on by the input 23), so the active tool also changes when fitting/refitting spindle motors

v5.40 Made changes to stepperdelay to fix issues with certain stepper drives on the VMC

v5.41 Altered ATC rack sequence so that new tool will still be activated even if seq. is stopped near the end
v5.41 fix to VR machines catastrophic failure in v5.40 and 5.39

Check the parameters:
Menu Setup > Setup Machine Parameters > denny > Machine Capability - Feed pot and Speed Pot should be un-ticked (if you want them to work via software and not real ones on the machine)

There was a clue in my response
