// 22/10/2009 v5.31 - Fixed access violations when switching to Fanuc editors...probably introduced in v5.28 (datum position (eg centre) not being updated)
// 28/10/2009 v5.31 - Fixed a bug in 2d/3d output which would show the wrong Y values if you ran a program with 2D mode showing, worked ok if you ran it in 3D, then switched to 2D
// 28/10/2009 v5.31 - All pdf manuals updated
