Customer has a problem when trying to set the offsets.
The offsets do not keep when the program is closed and reopened.

You have an older version of VR Milling.
A file may have been corrupted.
Make sure you have your Registration Disk that came with VR Milling.

Go to the Denford website and download the "VR Milling v2.31 CD" software
http://www.website.denford.ltd.uk/suppo ... -downloads
Save the download to your hard drive.
Right click on the "zipped" folder and select "Extract All" to unzip the folder.
Open the new VR Milling folder and left click on "Start.exe"
You will need your Registration Disk to finish the installation.
Make sure you select the correct machine from the list of machines.

When setting Offsets, the offset has to "Active". There will be a RED check mark in front of the active offset.

Attached is a Tech Article on setting offsets.
