Problem with repeating loops Access Violation 00536740

Post by paul » Tue 17 Oct , 2006 12:09 pm

Hi
Can anyone help me with this
When I use a subprogram it works if I do not set a repeat for example

M98 P0080

This calls program 0080, runs it and returns to the main program no problems

But if I want a loop to execute say 10 times according to the help files I write the line as

M98 P100080

When I do this the loop still only executes once then crashes with this message.

Access Violation at address 00536740 in module 'windmill.exe'. Read of address 00000520.

Ive tried it on a few PC's and its always the same
Any ideas would be great thanks.

Paul

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

I've tried it here and get the same thing.

We'll look at the software to see if there is a workaround or fix

Nah - still won't work - its a problem with both version 2 and 5 of VR Milling

Its sorted now in the next releases :D (which will be v2.32 and 5.14)
