Thanks for the atatchments guys its much appreciated.
After doing some searching last night it would appear that the control boards are still made for these and i also found a place that repairs them for £168 so alls not lost if it turns out to be the drive card.
Some how i feel a lot better now :lolol:

Hardware/Software: Go to User Control Panel > Profile
Enter as much information about your CNC hardware and software as you can - it makes it easier for everyone to know what you're talking about then.

We should be able to supply a new sprint drive which is still used, from what I can see, (but don't quote me on this) they are just under £200

Will these work as a direct replacment to what i already have and is there much setting up to be done at all??

You would need a tacho to read the spindle speed when setting it up but the rest is straightforward.
If you have the current drive repaired check that the pots are set to the same position as they were when you fitt it back in.

BI00307H Sprint 1200 sells for £198 and we have 4 in stock.

Does it not need to be a Sprint 1200i with it being on a Fanuc
