Poly Vee Pulley

Hello
Another small project finished.
This is a poly-Vee pulley for another VFD lathe conversion and is made of mild steel.
This is the forth pulley I have made so I am refining my technique with each one.
I rigged up a pretend DRO to accurately space each groove.
Each groove was cut by turning each side of the Vee (and not using a form tool).
The Vees are honed to ensure a smooth finish.
The dark colour of the steel is the result of pickling in phosphoric acid for a couple of days.
I have found this to be an effective rust inhibitor.
