Denford easiturn 3 lathe
Faulty PNC3 controller not working but lathe is mechanically fine, ideal for some who knows their way around the electronics or conversion to Mach3,
Lathe has the auto toolchanger option and rear tool mount, so possible to have 9 different tool set.
There is a chuck and some tooling as in pics
The lathe was all working fine when I moved house 3 1/2 years ago and just been stored in my garage. I decided to get it running again recently, but now doesn't work. I'm not very electronically minded not to sure what is wrong with it, I've check all fuses, but one on the power board keeps popping.
A few weeks ago the screen was working, and it did zero out in the z axis but with a fault in x axis, but worked some times.
Spindle ran in both directions.
But now keep popping F3 fuse on the power board and nothing works accept the tool changer will manually rotate with the over ride button when powered up.
I do have a spare control but was told the boards inside wasn't any good, but screen is probably ok.
I would love to convert it to Mach3 but just haven't got the time currently to do this, maybe in a few years if I don't sell it for a fair price.
Open to offers.
I'm located in basingstoke Hampshire uk
