The overtravels should be clear.
Take a look at the fuses & 5 & 12 volt LED`s inside the control.
The cover around the control slides off & the power supply is the card in the centre looking from the top. The LED`s are near the top.

Cyclone Fanuc OTA, X axis judders & alarm 414
When homing the X axis on Cyclone Fanuc OTA fitted with Norwin drives the X axis judders quite rapidly & then trips out the fanuc control with alarm message 414.
The x axis moves freely when the drives are off & turned at the pulley.

When it is not set as the default it somehow picks the size from elsewhere & resets it`s default size. If you remove the laser from the printers you can then add it ...

You need to run the latest version of "EasyUpgrader".I think the latest version is 1.7.0.103. EasyUpgrader is normally supplied on the main VRMilling or Turning cd`s supplied. If you run the "autorun" on the cd it is the second option. ( you can also download it from the Denford web site) Turn on th...

The lead needed is the IBM - Machine https://www.denford.ltd.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=65&Itemid=51 I think the 18.2 is to do with the clock speed. There is only one .go file requiered. Guess you need the "Mirac.go" . The standard Mirac.go file does not normally need altering. The...

It sounds like you have a bad connection to the Motor or a faulty Stepper Drive Card. Try swapping the drive cards in the rack over. Check the resistance accross the Z Motor windings at the plug on top of the rack. 2 windings red-yellow black-orange both about 1.6 to 2 Ohms when unplugged from the d...
