Question?

my triac is in my garage, in the winter when the temp drops to -** im concerned the coolant may freeze.

what do people recommend to prevent this? i was considering adding antifreeze but unsure if these corrode steel?

is the ATC still up for grabs?

i probably know the anwser to this but ill ask anyway, has anyone tried / is it possible to tap threads using the stock motor on this machine without a tapping head. so tap straight in chuck?

What are you cutting on the Triac? Try it with the tach wires removed from the Sprint 1200 drive make sure you set switch 4 on Sprint from Tacho to AVF mode.
