It`s hard to see what board it is.
I thought it was the toolpost control card at first but not sure now.
If you remove the board it may have a part number on the bottom.

You should be able to bend the wire & lay it in a position which is away from the lead screw.

I think they were all options but the graphics required a new card fitting.
If you can find the original 900 parameters it would be worth checking.

Yes.
I think we set the HZ to 37 but not 100% on that. It also controls the accel & decel.

Re: Mirac Turret info needed.
I have attached the electrical drawings for the MIrac PC from 1995 showing the shared spindle/toolpost inverter but with the DM8 toolpost.
The RH80 works exactly the same. The inverter is programed to alter the voltage depending on what input is requested.

Re: Triac PNC3 Datum
Hi Charlie
It would be unusual for all three to fail at the same time.
Can you double check that the Datums are connected to PL.M on the PNC3 Control.

We never did a 2.2 Eprom
I found the HEX file for a 2.0 Eprom which is very similar to a 2.1 Eprom.

Re: Harrison TU150P alarms
What is the serial number of the lathe? It may be worth checking that all the mains power is present. I presume it is 3 phase but it may also need a neutral. Does it have any pneumatics fitted? Check Diagnostic 451 bit 7 is set to 0 if not. Did you set Diagnostic 453 bit 0 to 1? (It changes back to ...

I think the Axis Limit Override Switch is a good point to start.
If it is sat on a limit switch then you can press & hold it in until you have homed all the axis.
