Re: Mirac PC Proximity Sensor
You can swap the 2 signals over on the 50way Standard I/O unit in the electrical panel. If you look at drawings AC3R-04A & AC3R-05A it`s Pin 35, Wire number 70, X Datum Sensor Pin 36, Wire number 71, Z Datum Sensor It may also be worth checking for a broken wire to the X axis stepper motor. You can ...

Re: 1994 Mirac Auto tool changer motor problem.
Hi Darren
As you say all the logic seems to be correct.
Are you able to check the resistance on the motor wires in the electrical panel. I would guess you should get 1 to 2 Ohms resistance if it is good but open circuit if its faulty.

Does the red seven sgment LED go out when it fails.
Its possible the voltage to DenStep may be too high. You may need to change it to 24volts DC

Re: Triac Spindle (Won’t rotate)
What speed did you ask for?
It may be you have an issue with the Tac. If it still ramps u when you replace the fuse try changing the dip switch on the drive from Tach to AVF mode.

Does the red power light on the Sprint 1200 spindle drive light. It may be as simple as a fuse.

Re: VMC 1300 Pro tool changer not working
Ask it to pick up either tool 6 or 8 depending on the number of station you have which should physically change to tool 1 in the spindle then input a M27 command. This will reset the program machine position to tool 1 to match.

Re: QuickCAM License Cost
That all looks good. The PCB is a USB isolator & does not require a power supply. It protects the control card if the spindle motor flashes over. It looks like you will need VR CNC Milling V5 & depending on what you are planning to do or already have design wise, QuicCAM 2D Design & QuickCAM PRO. It...

To get to the front brushes remove the 2 screws underneath the head that retain the plate that slides up & do...
