Re: Novamill RPM not changing
The sprint drive will have a 0V 10V and analog in terminal. If you connected a pot to this you would then be able to control the speed from the pot proving thet the drive is working. Take care as the Sprint is not isolated but the analog out of the nextmove is iscolated and should change between 0-1...

Re: (HELP NEEDED) MICROTURN/QUICK TURN 2
Hi The simulation always shows the cutting from the top so the tool library should not be edited
In Quick Tern 2D Design make sure you have the correct tool Library selected which will also create a program cutting from the front.

Re: VMC 1300, adjustment procedure to eliminate play in toolholder collet/spindle/drawbar assembly
The tool should be pulled up tight in the taper of the spindle so there should be no movement once fitted. Could you remove a pull stud from a toolholder and check it fits in the taper correctly? All that could cause a tool fitted with the correct pull stud to be loose would be that the springs are ...

Re: How to replace mirrors 2 and 3 on versalaser
You would probably be able to see damage on the mirrors and Len’s if there is any.
A service on the laser may be worth doing. We could measure the laser power before the optics and through them.
The worst case would be you need a laser recharge but it would be worth doing.

The chuck jaws are soft jaws designed to be machined to hold a specific bar size. You could still buy soft jaws for them.

Hi Trevor, This post would have been better in the microrouter section on the forum https://www.denfordata.com/bb/viewforum.php?f=38 You could download the manual from there. It is possible to lower the motor mounting plate so the tools can get down to the bed. You can see the screws to adjust this ...
