IT sounds like a beam alignment issue, a tube issue or a table level issue.

Measure the parallelity from the carriage to the aluminum bed with the focus tool in all 4 corners and see if there is a diffference. If yes, then align the table!

it looks like the usb board from your pc, does search it every time, because otheriwse there will be no reason, why it alswys shows you that a new device was found.
Maybe try to connectg the machine to another usb board on your pc or try to upgrade your usb board drivers.

This error will be created when the pen color is wrong, the line thickness not correct or the page size does not fit the size of the engraver.

VLS/PLS Vista Drivers should working without any problems. Just note: 64 BIT VISTA will be not supported at the moment.

is a very bad work to do, but you are able to do it with good results when you use a lower power but cut the material in several passes.

In this way the material does not intend so much melting and the cutting edge will be more useful as without this trick.
