Re: Error connecting to Router
Don't worry - I've found a blown fuse on the 18v circuit. Off to get a replacement tonight and see if that solves the issue.

Error connecting to Router
Hi, We have a Compact PRo 1000 and for some reason it is now having issues connecting to the PC. The machine was working fine a couple of weeks ago and when I went to use it last week I noticed the light inside no longer works and now I get the attached error message. Nothing has changed on the atta...

4th axis rotation
Thanks to all the previous help I have the 4th axis working in our Compact Pro 1000. Just wondering the direction of rotation on the chuck is counter clockwise but the angular scale on the chuck works clockwise. This means when you rotate to A090 the scale reads 270 and vice versa for 270 > 90 Is th...

Re: Suggestions to improve QuickCAM 3D / Pro
Can it be possible to change the tool in the Car Wizard? We use metric cutters but the wizard forces the use of imperial 1/4" cutter.
The option to export code to automatically generate files for 4th axis machining as mentioned before would also be a great addition!!

Re: Dead Motor Driver?!?
Thanks Martin - if you don't mind posting the parameters that would be great.
Can you confirm that this is the right model below? I'll get one ordered today as we have a local agent for Invertek in town it seems.

Dead Motor Driver?!?
Hi, I have acquired a Turn 270 and it seems the Baldor motor driver is dead. There is 240V going in and I get a signal feed in the analogue side but no display on the front and therefore no spin on the chuck. Is there any other tests I can do on the VS1ST unit to check or am I better off replacing i...

4th Axis plug replacement
Hi, I was wondering what is the plug type used on the 4th axis attachment for the Compact pro machines? I have just acquired on and the plug is stuffed and I'm not sure of the type looking at the socket in the machine? I have found the wiring diagrams so wiring it up won't be the problem once I can ...
