Re: Tail stock issue disassembling

Thanks for the scans;

In the end, I fixed the broken screw and tried, and as expected the regulation works perfectly.

So problem solved!
Thanks for the support!

Re: Tail stock issue disassembling

Ok,
I managed to remove the broken pin, now I need to understand how the adjustment works.

Can you see any issue from the picture attached?
I guess it’s an eccentric bush that change the position.

Re: Tail stock issue disassembling

Thanks,

Unfortunately I have not fix it yet.

I’ll try to remove the broken bolt today (welding a nut?)

I looked in the download section but appear to be different.
If you cs. Upload a picture that would help.

I’ll post updates later

Re: Micro Router 2nd Hand

Open the door,
(Carefully please) please a finger on the x axis trying to stop it.
Jogging the axis, and trying to stop it with your hand, are you able to stop it?

Re: Micro Router 2nd Hand

The board connection are similar to v5, but is not v5.
You don’t have a timer or separated driver for the motors.

On your board, in TB9 (bottom, third group from left), you have 3 cables, should be numbered 78 77 and the third is ground.
That’s guard contact 1.

Have a look.
I removed it from my ...

Re: Micro Router 2nd Hand

Let me start with, I have not read all the pages;
Why don’t you bypass the switch?
Can you post a picture of the diagramS where there is the problematic switch so I can have a look?

I had a similar problem with an axis not going fully through.

It you move the axis in a position where it goes left ...

Re: Microrouter v5 spindle board

I already looked at it but I’ll look again.

My problem is the SGR enabler, I don’t understand what value take to enable it.

Do you know how the SGR works? Or better, what’s the enabler signal value expected?

Re: Microrouter v5 spindle board

My current worries is: the enable of the SGR (top right signal from out2 of the Bob) is +24v, -24v or 0?

Can you help?
I’m not 100% sure the connection on OUT1 and out2 are correct to activate the SGR

I’m still looking at it,
I would like to keep them, but if I don’t figure out how to control it, I have to jump them.

Re: Microrouter v5 spindle board

Thanks for the feedback David.

The main power supply for that board comes from a SGR and timer;

My current understanding is that the timer count from when you close the Cnc door, and than power the SGR.
Both timer and SGR seems driven by a 24v supply.

Tomorrow I’ll check the power source of the ...

Microrouter spindle board

Hello guys,
I’m new to the forum, and I’m in looking for confirmation on the spindle board;

I would like confirmation on the connection:
L1 and L2 are the main power 220v
A+ and A- are the output to the spindle motor

Now the real question:
P1 is the negative 0-10v
P2 is the positive 0-10v

So if ...
