Thanks. We've just heard back from Denford and they've walked me through testing. The machine looks to be a 6600 & not a PRO. It could be as simple as the Kress spindle motor brushes. Thanks for the clarification - You're correct it's not the pro. Is there anyway to confirm the brushes are the cause of the fault - would you advise me taking it apart, or sending it in for service...

It may be worth checking the spindle drive in the electrical panel. It has a display which may be showing a fault. it should normally show Stop in red then change to a value between 0 & 400 when asked to run. Hi Martin, Thanks for the advice. 6600 Pro spindle starts and then stops
Hi All, Our 6600Pro router has suddenly stopped working properly. The Spindle will spin up, and then spin down. The program keeps running as normal. We have to stop it as it will damage the unit. There is no warning that the spindle has stopped. This happens on gCode that we have run multiple times ...
