Reply from our IT guy Hi Chris, I used the Denford VR Milling V5 software from a 2D DXF file. The initial cuts were at 1mm per pass, it just seems to repeat sections or add in extra steps not initially programmed. I have a mrc 40 / compact 1000. I am a dt technician and our IT technician has produced a program to cut out some shapes. I have the machine set to metric.
