I downloaded the file you linked and created a new package to patch it out to all of our workstations.
Seems to work fine.

I just re-rolled the package to one workstation on the network with the WriteAccess.ini file posted above. I logged in as a student and tried to create G-Code, it seemed to work fine this time. I have been using that particular workstation a lot for this however. I will try this latest version on so...
