So, should I plan to use this machine for incrementally grinding small amounts off rock (for research purposes;about the width of a piece of paper) using a diamond cutter, would the increased RPM be an important feature? (in respect to the grinding precision)

Could someone explain the difference between the 1300 and the 1300 pro CNC machine? I see the spindle speed/motor difference, but is there any difference to the exterior? (ie is one marked pro) Also is there a price difference? And lastly what would be the benefit to upgrading to the pro vs the regu...
