Is the drawbar drawing TR20710 available?/

Post by JRennich » Sat 30 Jul , 2016 16:45 pm

I engaged the drawbar while the spindle was spinning thereby chewing off the end of the drawbar. Do you have the drawing for a 1990 Triac VMC (TE20710)? My plan is to build it up with weld and the machine it to spec. If not, would someone sketch what the end looks like?

Thanks,

The triac drawbar is the same as the one currently used in the VMC 1300.

The part number is however different to the one you mention.

WAS TR20/0110

A new replacement would be £30.

Some of the earlier Triacs had a V on the top of the drawbar to aid spindle alignment.
