When a pupil tried to email (microsoft outlook) a 2D V2 design to me the file was blocked and i couldnt open it
help please

It's probably a network security setup which blocks file extensions that aren't on a list of harmless files.
Try zipping it up and sending the .zip file
Or rename it, eg: designfile.dtd to designfile.txt

The problem may be in fact be caused by a slow Internet connection. You can conduct an Internet speed test that will tell you the exact status of your Internet speed. You can also check the Internet speed test for what you are paying for. If it is not satisfactory, then reset the router following the steps given on how to reset linksys router and get a better Internet connection.

I have had issues with dtd files, always have to zip them, its outlook or works setting for outlook
