Robot Issue

Post by khawaja » Wed 22 May , 2013 8:26 am

Hi,
As I previously Describe we have two robots, One with Mill Machine, other with Lathe Machine,
I retrive list of parameters in those robots
Robot attached with Lathe is Working Perfectly Fine
But Robot Attached with Mill is not being controlled by robot Communicator.
I am uploading parameters details of both robots.
Kindly help me to resolve this problem as I have to complete My project as soon as possible.
Regards

Can they be saved as a text file which can be compared to find any differences ?

Those look to be related to the joint encoder pulses (ie, positions)
You'd probably expect them to be different.

I don't know what else to suggest now (I've never used these robots, so don't know what common problems are either)

What would you suggest .
Should I Use Robot Communication or Robo Explorer to use robot in CIM setup?

In the Mitsubishi RV-2AJ set up and running document I sent you earlier, there is a note ---- ROBCOMMS does not seem to work until the program name has been set as per below

Note ?
When setting up a program, under TEACH you can write the program name you want to construct e.g. ABC, you can then proceed to program position No’s. If you turn the Teach pendant Off the program is saved, but when you go back into TEACH you have to type in ABC again. To get round this, the first time you type in ABC for the program name turn Off the Teach pendant and then switch Off the controller. Switch the controller back On and then select TEACH and the name ABC should be there by default.

Could this be the problem ?

What I Figured Out is
Some thing is missing
I wrote a program but it gives a error executing it which is
L4910 Error message Robot Language is mismatched
Cause The parameter RLNG is mismatched. (1:MELFA-BASIC Ⅳ , 0:MOVEMASTER command)
Measures Re-set RLNG or select an other program.

Glad it's working but could you share with us what you did to clear the Language mismatch error.
Thanks!

Yeah!
I think Programming through Robot Communicator is an issue. and it need some explanation and I think we don't have Manual for it..
When I programmed through Teach Pendant. It worked.
Also It was giving error when I Tried to edit 'ABC' program.
So when I entered name of program other than 'ABC' it worked.

Program in ABC slot was written in Melfa Basic. That was causing problem. Solution is delete all program written in Melfa Basic
