Denford are getting in the Easter spirit with this Router project.
We have used American Maple Wood: 160 x 100 x 20 mm
(These are Denford consumables, part number for 50 billets BI03509G)
This is the final product. You could if you wanted and have the equipment to hand personalise the bunnies by using a laser cutter and putting names on.
As you can see if have used tabs for this project. The reason being is we have cut all the way through and adding tabs allows us to do this procedure without snapping the tool and ruining our lovely bunnies.
