Hi,

We think we may have fixed the issue with holes on long triangles.
Can you try this BETA file out for us?
http://www.denfordata.com/downloads/Qui ... 10-exe.zip

It's just the QuickCAM4D.exe file so will just need copying into the program files directory.
Make a backup of the original QuickCAM4D.exe file before replacing it - just in case!

they have returned the orig. exe. file

many thanks for you support on this and i hope you can find a solution to the problem...if there is anything else we can do at our end please ask

I've just tried that model with a 6mm cutter in the new .exe and it looks ok to me (see toolpath screenshot below)
Are you sure you were running the new v1.10 file ? Go to menu > Help > About and check the version there.

Ok, what I meant was, when you tried the new .exe I posted earlier are you sure it was actually running version 1.10 ?
I can't see why the problem would remain for you, but has been fixed for me in 1.10 with the same model and same tool size

Sorry - it looks like I posted an older version of 1.10 Beta in that .zip file

Download the .zip again and I'm sure it'll get rid of your hole issue (the .exe's modified date should be 25/06/2012 15:38)
