v1.11 now copies default user files
v1.11 changes to seckey installer at end of install
v1.11 UAC mods - shares tool files better with VR Milling 5.43+ on win7
v1.11 mods to where the milltooling file is stored
v1.11 changes to warn when on win7 and insufficient rights to write to CommonAppData\ Alloffsets.mof
